15 min BODY-CARE Exercise

This is an exercise:

You will need privacy.

Find a quiet space where you can be uninterrupted for 15 minutes to focus on YOU.


Spend 1 MINUTE on EACH step.


Before you start:

Identify a particular BODY PART that NEEDS YOU the most, today.

Maybe it is your hair, your tummy, your thighs, your upper body, your feet, your lower back.


Note: In the instructions the dots (.....) and the letter X, refer to the body part that needs your attention and use the name of that body part (ex. hair) during the exercise


Body-care exercise:

Right now, I can feel my breathing. My chest expanding and contracting, in and out.

Keeping pace with the rhythm of my breathing I locate ............. (body part X)

Right now, ............. (body part X) is not the way I want it to feel or look

Allow your self to be more comfortable with unconditional love. You will not feel loved by anyone until you learn to accept and love yourself.
